Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our return policy lasts 14 days and is applicable only for damaged goods. A packaging opening video is mandatory for any exchange requests.
If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be returned in the original packaging along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Exchangeable Conditions
Exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

Items showing obvious signs of use.

Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Items returned after 14 days of delivery.
Refunds / Exchange
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your exchange request.
If approved, your exchange will be processed, and you can purchase another product of the same value from our website or showroom.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please send it to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on your location, the time taken for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
